Social media management 

Instagram - La Bohème 

I manage the entire Instagram account for La Bohème, a restaurant in Ghent. My responsibilities go beyond just posting content; I handle the entire creative process. From organizing and coordinating photoshoots to selecting imagery, developing a visual content strategy, and writing engaging captions. Additionally, I actively build and nurture the online community by interacting with followers and relevant accounts, ensuring that the restaurant's brand and atmosphere are consistently reflected in the content. The goal is not only to increase visibility but also to build an authentic connection with current and potential guests.

Instagram - Tenways Ebike

I had the opportunity to manage the Instagram account for Tenways Ebike, a leading electric bike brand. While content creation was not my primary responsibility, I played a key role in ensuring the Instagram account was actively engaged with the community. I focused heavily on community management, responding to all direct messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Additionally, I supported special projects, such as organizing a Halloween-themed photoshoot, which added a creative touch to the brand's online presence. My goal was to foster an interactive and responsive environment, strengthening the connection between the brand and its audience, and ultimately enhancing customer engagement.

Content creation

Sabor Verde

I had the opportunity to handle content creation for Sabor Verde, a new brand available at Carrefour offering fresh avocado-based products from the refrigerated section. My role involved creating visually appealing and engaging content that highlighted the quality, freshness, and versatility of Sabor Verde's products. By showcasing creative ways to incorporate these avocado products into everyday meals, I helped build awareness for the brand's launch, ensuring it resonated with its target audience. The goal was to position Sabor Verde as a must-have brand for avocado lovers, driving both interest and sales through compelling visual storytelling.

I had the opportunity to handle content creation for two exciting collaborations: the Tabasco x King's Slice Pizza partnership and the Tabasco World Cup campaign. For the Tabasco x King's Slice Pizza collab, I focused on creating engaging and flavorful content that showcased how Tabasco's spicy sauces perfectly complement the hearty, bold flavors of King's Slice Pizza. The content aimed to highlight the unique pairing, encouraging fans to spice up their pizza experience. Additionally, I worked on content for the Tabasco World Cup campaign, where the brand's special-edition packaging was at the forefront. The goal was to create compelling content that connected the excitement of the World Cup with the bold taste of Tabasco, engaging football fans and driving awareness of the limited-edition packaging.

For the past year, I've worked as a manager for 30+ UGC creators across Belgium and the Netherlands, helping brands connect with the right creators and bring authentic, scroll-stopping content to life. GOEZ matcha

I had the opportunity to handle content creation for a new and emerging matcha brand, focusing on building its visual identity through high-quality product and lifestyle photography. My role involved capturing the essence of the brand by showcasing its premium matcha products in beautiful, lifestyle-oriented settings.

Influencer marketing

Bol

Over the course of two years, I led and managed influencer marketing campaigns for Bol.com, collaborating on a wide range of initiatives such as Bol 7-daagse, BolFinds, Bol Mode, Bol Wonen, and Back to School. Throughout this period, I coordinated more than 100 videos with over 30 influencers. My role involved selecting the ideal influencer for each campaign, managing budgets, and ensuring campaigns achieved key performance indicators (KPIs). From briefing influencers and overseeing content creation to tracking results and optimizing strategies, I was responsible for driving impactful campaigns that helped strengthen Bol.com's presence and engagement with its audience.
